1. Our Commitment
IGNEVO INC. ("IGNEVO," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring that our digital properties are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, should be able to discover, evaluate, and ultimately use IGNEVO to train wherever they travel.
This commitment applies to our public-facing website, the IGNEVO mobile application (upon public launch), and any related digital experiences operated by IGNEVO.
2. Target Conformance
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by most national accessibility laws and is the level we hold ourselves to.
Where mobile application standards apply, we additionally consider WCAG 2.1 AA as the operative reference, supplemented by platform-specific guidance from Apple (Human Interface Guidelines: Accessibility) and Google (Material Design: Accessibility) for native experiences.
3. What We've Built For Accessibility
Our pre-launch web properties have been designed with the following accessibility considerations in mind:
- Semantic HTML structure to support assistive technologies, including screen readers
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements
- Descriptive page titles and headings
- Text alternatives for non-text content where applicable
- Responsive design that adapts to a range of screen sizes and user-configured text sizes
The forthcoming IGNEVO mobile application is being built with the same target standard, with platform-native accessibility features (VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dynamic Type, etc.) supported as a first-class concern.
4. Known Limitations
We acknowledge that no digital product is perfectly accessible at all times, and that accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a finished state. Limitations we are currently aware of, or are actively working to address, include:
- Third-party content (such as embedded venue photography sourced from external providers) may not always include comprehensive text alternatives
- Some interactive map and discovery features in development may not yet have full keyboard or screen-reader parity, and we are working to close those gaps before the public launch
- Detailed accessibility audit results for the IGNEVO mobile application will be published once the application is publicly available
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The IGNEVO website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack
- Browsers: current and prior major versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
- Operating systems: current and prior major versions of macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android
Older browser or assistive-technology versions may not be fully supported. We recommend using current versions for the most accessible experience.
6. Assessment Approach
Our approach to assessing accessibility includes a combination of:
- Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria during design and development
- Automated testing using tools that flag common accessibility issues
- Manual review of keyboard navigation, screen-reader behavior, and visual presentation
- User feedback from members of the disability community, which we treat as a primary input rather than a secondary check
We are evaluating engagement of a qualified third-party accessibility consultancy to conduct an independent audit prior to, or shortly following, the public launch of the IGNEVO mobile application.
7. Feedback & Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any IGNEVO property, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, we want to hear from you. Please contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
When contacting us, it is helpful (but not required) to include:
- The URL of the page where you encountered the issue
- A description of the barrier you experienced
- The assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using, if applicable
- How we can best follow up with you
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen business days. Where a barrier cannot be resolved quickly, we will explain the steps we are taking and provide an estimated timeline.
8. Formal Complaints
If you believe that we have failed to provide accessible content or services and you have not received a satisfactory response through the channel above, you may file a formal complaint with the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. We will cooperate in good faith with any such proceeding.
9. Changes to This Statement
This Accessibility Statement will be updated periodically to reflect changes to our digital properties, the accessibility standards we follow, and the scope of services we offer. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
