This page documents the opt-in flow, consent language, and user controls for SMS notifications from IGNEVO, the mobile platform connecting travelers with fitness facilities, gyms, and outdoor routes worldwide.

It is published to satisfy Twilio's toll-free messaging verification proof-of-consent requirement for IGNEVO's sending number, +1 (844) 446-3869.

1. Where users opt in

Users opt in to SMS notifications from inside the IGNEVO application, under Profile → Settings → Notifications. SMS is disabled by default. To enable, the user must (a) toggle SMS on for one or more notification categories, (b) provide a mobile number, (c) verify the number via one-time code, and (d) check an explicit consent checkbox containing the disclosures shown below.

2. Consent language displayed at opt-in

The following text is shown in full, in plain language, immediately above the consent checkbox. The user cannot complete opt-in without checking the box:

By checking this box, I agree to receive automated SMS notifications from IGNEVO about my account, bookings, trip reminders, and venue messages at the mobile number I have provided and verified. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on my activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to unsubscribe. 3. Message categories

Opt-in is granular. Users select one or more of the categories below; the selections gate which message types IGNEVO is permitted to send to that user:

Marketing or promotional SMS is not sent under this opt-in. A separate, additional opt-in flow with distinct consent language would be required for marketing messages; that flow is not part of this verification.

Booking confirmation

IGNEVO: Booking confirmed for Studio Hudson Yards on May 15 at 7:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Session reminder

IGNEVO: Time to leave for your 7:00 AM session at Studio Hudson Yards. ETA 14 min by transit. Reply STOP to opt out.

Venue closure

IGNEVO: Your booked venue is closed today due to maintenance. Your booking has been refunded in full. Reply STOP to opt out.

Renewal notice

IGNEVO: Your Diplomat membership renews on June 1 for $X. Manage or cancel anytime at ignevo.com/account. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. How users revoke consent

Four equally accessible paths:

  1. Reply STOP to any IGNEVO SMS.
  2. Toggle SMS off inside the IGNEVO app at Profile → Settings → Notifications.
  3. Email [email protected] with a revocation request.
  4. Remove the phone number from Profile → Account → Mobile Number.

All four paths result in the user's number being immediately marked as opted-out in IGNEVO's database. No further SMS is sent.

7. Carrier & rate disclosures

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy of your mobile data

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in data or consent — including your phone number — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the transactional messages you opted into and, where you direct it, to confirm a venue booking. See our Privacy Policy.
